| Welcome to Ganesha’s Journal for June. This month, I am sharing some very special information. It is about your aura, and how you can shape it with your attention. Attention and intention are almost the same thing. Your mind shapes and formats the reality you live in. The aura is a reflection of the totality of your being. Many years ago my singing teacher kept mentioning the importance of intention. He reminded me repeatedly to keep my attention on the note and my mind focused on the pitch. He had to remind me very often of this fact. For some reason, I was resistant to this idea. I knew I had talent, and a brilliant capacity for imitation, and so I thought I could skate by without effort. My singing reflected the amount of attention I put in. Eventually, I was able to sing without people leaving the room. A pet can be much like an aura for us. Together, my pet and I have two sets of sensing arrays. Pets pay attention to things. A pet will function as a spare aura, but only if you look, listen and pay attention to your pet. To a psychic, an aura is a song. I know that my aura is wonderful or flat according to how much attention I put into it. I pay attention to my feelings because I can’t function as a psychic if I have blocked my feelings. My aura shows my feelings to another psychic without the slightest shame. A sweet song is added to the house when your loved ones are happy. How to make them happy? Pay attention to how they are feeling. Structure of the aura It is so hard to define exactly what an aura is, but I can see them. They appear as energy clouds around everyone. They can be colored and also white light. Sometimes a person’s aura will look like a dark deep stain. (ugghh!). The majority of people have many mixed colors in the several layers of their personal energy field. Also, this field is constantly changing in response to stimuli, heat, cold and emotion! I live in my aura, and it is my second skin. With it I have access to information and insight from my Guides. I asked my Guides recently about care and feeding of my aura. Of course, you may have read my article about nutrition and psychic development. (here) During my early days of study, I felt my aura grow large indeed. I was following my Guidance to boost my energy with great nutrition, meditation and a happy love life. A few supplements can switch on the plumbing and wiring, so to speak. In addition, spiritual practices such as meditation, yoga and observation of moral awareness will build your aura. You can get your psychic engine charged up with deep breathing. Falling in love will do a good job as well. I learned that I could intentionally influence my own aura to feel better. Another thing I learned was that my aura could both attract and repel. However, I had little understanding of this point, and the Guides tabled the issue at the time. Recently, I asked for more insight on the structure of the aura. This is a most exciting insight. My Guides showed me how the aura can be compared to mucus. Now I can share with you how they helped me understand the aura, or energy field. I will let my Guide tell this part. His name is Shoot.
things, it has a function to act as a cleanser and barrier. It catches and escorts germs out of the nasal tract. It takes toxins out when we spit, etc. Mucus has a very special function in the vagina. It sits in the cervical opening, a barrier to outside microbes entering the closed system of the woman’s inner organs. Three weeks of the month, the mucus barrier stands ready to block the cervix and insure that protection. However, one week a month, the valiant mucus betrays itself. Due to hormonal changes and in accord with inner instincts, during ovulation the mucous changes to a moist, stringy, soft highway. Yes, the structure changes. The mucus does not block, but instead actually escorts these visiting cells right through the cervical opening! Pregnancy occurs because the body allows the outside object to complete its appointed mission. The mucus had to change in composition to facilitate this occurrence. Lily understands this insight and she has applied it to understanding what she sees as a psychic. I did indeed understand how to think my aura thick and repellent, and soft and receptive. You can practice using your mind to visualize your aura. Put even a slight amount of effort into listening to your feelings and your insight will blossom. And finally, your aural is a protective barrier for you except when you need it to be soft. When soft, our aura can act as a magnet to draw what we visualize. When hard and repellent, our aura can deflect negative energy and mental microbes. Namaste Lily |
