acquire some good anti-oxidants, such

sophisticated types) to super cleanse

need to feed your body properly in

strengthen your heart.

Your heart is telling you the truth: life

earth is a living hell

without proper

support. Our soils are now de-

mineralized, and

if you only knew, a

craving for deep essential elements

emotional

misery. There is

still time to bring about

a miracle of healing in your own

life.

There is an immense amount of

pollution in our environment right now,

so much

that it

dwarfs the nuclear

threat we were taught to be concerned

about. The

equivalent of

nuclear war is

the destruction of your endocrine

system. It is through

properly

functioning glands that we access our

connection to our higher faculties.

you don't eat

right, you many be so

emotionally shredded that you can't

contact

your inner guide, and

that is

letting the enemy win. The enemy is

inertia, chaos,

and a submissive

attitude that

kicks in when we are

starved for physical,

emotional and

spiritual support.

The spiritual support is always

available, but the nutritional support

has to be

provided

by you. I urge all my

Ganesha readers to seek happiness in

a simple

way this week.

Gnostic entity has a dream

My Angel and I are dancing together with Joy! We have just

changed

positions with the

beast . Now it is caged and We

are free!

My most memorable dream: I was apparently in a stadium

at night. I was

in the

nosebleed seats. I was watching what

was going on down on the

playing field.

I noticed that I was bored, as the was so little light. I started

wandering

down to the

lower seats, where I could at least

hear and see what was

going on.

Suddenly, nothing was boring. A weak red light had

managed to

illuminate the figure on

the field, and it was

horrible. The figure was a

classic "devil" as in western

iconography,

cloven hooves, horns, etc. He

was big too, at

least 9 feet tall.

The thing was brandishing a whip, and it resembled the

claymation

masterpieces by

Ray Harryhausen in the movie

"Clash of the Titans."

The character in my dream was

just

as scary and soulless as the

powerfully muscled creature

in the movie;

disfigured

bound by

physicality, dammed,

and vampristic.

My perspective shifted as I watched the crowd react. They

were so

scared that there

was complete silence in the

stadium.

My dream was graphic. Imagine a whole stadium of people

and not one

peep. Everyone

was too scared.

The creature was brandishing a whip and walking around

in the red

light, mesmerizing

the crowd with fear and

fascination.

I started roaming. I wanted to understand how the beast

got it's power.

At some point I arrived at an observation deck. I noticed

the TV

cameras trained on the

beast and broadcasting it's

performance. I

realized that everyone there was in the

thrall of enchantment, but not

good enchantment. I boldly

walked up to the camera. I

grasped the

sides with my

hands. I turned the camera on myself.

I began broadcasting another message to counteract the

beast.

Suddenly, the people

had the spell broken. As soon

as they looked at

me, they saw the observation deck,

and

they realized

he illusion

. The crowds surged

upward, and

suddenly

the was no

camera and no beast,

only joy.

People of all cultures embraced, and we

began a

new way

of doing things.

I heard a song, called out in heavenly voices...

"Lady

Majesty comes

through the bloodshot eye of night

her footsteps trace the path of all

lives.

As Ascension draws near, can you de-code the clues in your environment as to the true nature of Reality? Spiritual mastery is

The Electro-Magnetic Emotional
Field of the Heart

There are three main sources of fields
in the human body: the brain the heart,
and the muscles. The power and
frequencies of these three sources are
quite different. While the brain fields
are related to thought and mental
functions, it has been found that the
heart field is related to the emotions.
When a fourier analysis is performed
on the rhythms of the beating heart
(i.e. an ECG) there are clear
differences depending on the
emotional state of the person. When
the subject is in a very positive state
the frequencies are harmonics of a
single base frequency. However when
the subject is in an agitated, negative
state, the spectrum is essentially white
noise, there is no harmony.

The field of the human heart can be
measured well outside of the human
body, therefore it is clear that the heart
field is present in every cell of the
body. When the heart is in harmony,
the rest of the body can also be in
harmony, but when the heart is out of
harmony, then there is no lead for the
rest of the body and disharmony will
result. Thus there can be said to be an
electro-magnetic component to the
emotions, which is felt throughout the
body (your whole body is sad, glad,
etc.)

This basic picture is certainly much
more complex in practice. Established
rhythms in other parts of the body can
affect the heart and the emotions,
most notably the breathing. The
cause-effect relationship between
emotions and the hearts rhythms are
certainly complex, with both physical
and mental components. Moreover the
extent to which other organs or regions
of the body can have their own field,
would be a physical counterpart to the
hierarchy of the annamaya kosa, or
physical mind. It would also begin to
put a physical basis under the concept
of the physical storing of emotions and
samskaras in the body. It is clear from
clearing techniques, such as
rebirthing, that some such mechanism
exists.

The existence of this field outside of
the body also provides an explanation
for at least some `intuitive'
perceptions. It is unlikely to be a
complete explanation.

The `Auric' Fields

Valerie Hunt found that there is a
fourth component to the bodies EM
field, which is much subtler than the
other three. In fact it was by analyzing
the rest states of the muscle field that
this was found. In the `noise' of
quiescent muscles, there lies a higher
frequency, lower power, signal that
was found to correlate well with auric
dynamics visualized during energy
healing sessions.

Boriska – the Person from Mars
A meeting in an anomalous zone

The first time I heard about the unusual boy
named Boriska was from the stories of the
participants of an expedition to an anomalous
zone in the north of the Volgograd province,
known in our country as the "Medveditskaya
Ridge".

"Imagine, when everyone was sitting around the
bonfire in the evening, this little boy, about
seven years old, suddenly and loudly demanded
silence: he was going to tell us about the
inhabitants of Mars and about their trips to
Earth," one of the witnesses shared his
impressions. "Well, someone was still chatting
in a low voice, and then the boy strictly
demanded our full attention, or else "there
would be no story".

And so the other conversations died off. And
this is why – the round faced child with the big
eyes, in a summer T-shirt and a cool baseball
cap, completely unafraid of the adults, began an
unbelievable story. About the Martian
civilization, about megalith-cities and Martian
space ships, about flights to other planets, and
about the country of Lemuria on Earth, about
the life of which he knew personally, having at
some point flown here from Mars to this huge
continent in the middle of the ocean and had
friends there…

The bonfire continued to crackle, the darkness
of night gathered around the people seated
there, and the endless starry sky above us was
silent, as if it was keeping some sort of great
secret. An hour and a half went by in surprising
stories. One of the listeners guessed and ran to
get a dictophone, and so somewhere in Moscow
there is a recording of this story. However, if it
will ever be published, only God knows; not
everyone has a journalist's skills.
